Man said public attention nano seconds

In the Hollywood video Base ket Ball a comedy a millionaire sports sponsor said the public had an attention span of nano seconds.

I notice a film with a similar title was made in the 1980's.

I also notice that rather than messages about the environment and Global Warming that the filmakers put warnings of prosecution for copyright infringement.

The film I saw was 1999 copright or 1990's.

I thought it odd the man said nano seconds when a person would usually say five minutes.
