In a 2005 article the BBC News has a an article with the title New Jihadi Generation.
The article is about terrorism in Lebanon.
The article seems to indicate a bias and dicourages the professed goal of Western Athiests by implying religious war rather than science is of interest .
This is not the first time in the media this view has been a problem
Since the time of The Oil Crisis the view of fantatical Muslims has been promoted.
The idea of promoting concern over Global Warming, United Nations use of membership plus recruitment and training of citizens into to local forces of United Nations , removal of capitalism which results in war, and unity of Communism Environmentalism not seen at time.
There were also many protests against war in which protesters were arrested by the police in spite of their right to assembly.
Instead of arrest recruitment into local United Nations Forces was an option to protect the city rather than armies. There has been much said about religious people being better fighters but a person could say people who are fighting for Human Rights and know when they do so it is not propaganda also make good fighters. Green Communism could pay for The United Nations. What does seem strange is that The United Nations was set up to promote Human Rights and stop warfare and a Communist United Nations could to so. A problem of enough funds and action has been mentioned so this could help.

According to the Google the United Nations member list Afghanistan is a member.
A person can then puzzle over the talk of War Lords and N.A.T.O. in Afghanistan.
A person can wonder when the reports of disunity and cultural differences result in rape and other crimes if in a country which is a member of an organization which stands for human rights this can be so.
The media can puzzle a person because they do not report this.
Also comments about this are subject to moderation in news papers.
Other things trouble a person like the stance on objectivity a person can read of the heads of Americans chopped off by terrorist organizations all equated with world wide battle.
This seems to promote fear and also there were the images of Palestinians and others dancing in the streets when the World Trade Center was destroyed.
The two could have a person conclude propaganda and not objectivity.
Another point with the financial crises and the current economic system the rich financial companies have become unpopular and the sentiment among americans is that deaths of rich hedgefunders not amiss.
So to chop of heads of innocent Americans in Iraqand other places is uneccesary when all required is not so innocent punished.

On the Cold Peace between U.S. and Russia
Articles in the Guardian about a Cold Peace between Russia and N.A.T.O. show that favourite animosities are still at work in the situation between Ossestia and Russia.
The potrayal is of Russia being dangerous again through military strength when it's real strength was when it was capable of ending poverty through Communism.
The thought is that now there might be room for another sort of Communism which involves the environment since there is a consensus that oil burning is bad.
Also that producing computers and selling too many non perishable goods like plastic bottles and dumping of computers with toxic substances and shopping in big stores harms the environment.
So a person has the hope that this time Communism will not be thought totalitarian.
This also could help remove the risk of Neo -Colonialism which is evident in the assumption that humans will colonize the universe.
Perhaps if the idea of Green Communism is exchanged with other humans in the universe genocides like in the past will not happen again.

You take this alltogether and what it means is that capitalism has been demonstrated not just by political ideas but science to be wrong.
So again a person has to wonder about all the talk of recession because all are in agreement that low wages are bad and besides capitalism harms the environment.
So a system in which people control the means of their production is better because then they can also protect the environment. They cannot do so as well if they do not.
If people control the cureency they can pay for what they need to get green power.
