An article in The Toronto Star expressed bias by claiming a jet from Pakistan had to be grounded due to a bomb threat. Again I note no security training to use the constitution of nations in computer program form to hunt down fascism and other human rights attacks was emplaced in jet or home computers.
I also note that the idea of a political forum based party espousing tolerance as way to counteract religious supposed problems and atheism.
The computer program I have in mind could also serve the purpose of security.
Im addition The Homicide Division might as well take over investigations since they do just as well as the N.S.A. on things like this and calling blowing people up homicide rather than terrorism makes other people less concerned about their civil liberties for reason they fear unjust incarceration for democratic political acitivities. Again if given a constitution computer program to protect themselves
and a Tolerance Party and a computer program which could scan the treasury and statistics data base and the poverty data base and automatically allocate required resources to citizens when not done on their requirements this could help.

The site Teaching Tolerance claimed blogspot.com is an invalid address.
The suggestion made on that site was about something called the Tolerance Party uniting the ideas of tolerance plus party members from each religion to promote tolerance. Also forum like structure to promote tolerance plus including environmentalism. The reason that environmentalism in form of Green Party did not suceed because something representing these ideas was not there.
In addition because of the reason the articles in the news like Pakistani Taliban Plot On Ottawa there is more need for tolerance because of racism created by news.
If you look at headlines you do not have to read the articles to find when accusations of terrorism are made the person is always a Middle Eastern Man.
A person wonders what writing articles has to enhancing humanity.
