Democracy is a basic as making fire and so it it follows that a form of democracy would be found in the Stone Age and the Age of Agriculture after.
I ask myself why there is no record inscribed in stone of democracy since farmers would wish to have a durable record of a democratic process in which their crops were distributed. It also follows that equality between men and women was common in early agriculture societies and that peace organizations like The U.N. were around.
Also that women took part in these and government.
It makes sense that from the the 1st Century B.C. that democracy was in place the world over disrupted only by Empire.
Democracy would then also be thought of as a threat to religion like The Old Testement. The question a person asks themselves is why there was no separation of Church and state in Israel or later in the 9th Century with Islam.
To me it seems an agricultural political party could be present one which women would again make up half or more of.
In Europe again after the Roman Empire fell there was room for democracy.
The Holy Roman Empire nixed this and The Roman Catholic Church seeing threat in democracy instilled internalized oppression in the minds of Europeans.
When next The Church had a major challenge it was in 1492 the true First World War
which marked the time when four European armies invaded The Americas.
The first three France,Spain, and English fought each other and The First Nations in North America. The Portugese and Spanish divided South America among themselves.
Elsewhere Europeans fought Aborigines in Australia, Indiginous Africans, South Pacific Islanders, and The Kingdom of Cambodia.
This qualifies as a world war since entire planet involved.
So I say 1914 was The Second World War and the 1930-1945 War was The Third World War. Note I said qualifies
