On the Cold Peace between U.S. and Russia

Articles in the Guardian about a Cold Peace between Russia and N.A.T.O. show that favourite animosities are still at work in the situation between Ossestia and Russia.


The potrayal is of Russia being dangerous again through military strength when it's real strength was when it was capable of ending poverty through Communism.

The thought is that now there might be room for another sort of Communism which involves the environment since there is a consensus that oil burning is bad.

Also that producing computers and selling too many non perishable goods like plastic bottles and dumping of computers with toxic substances and shopping in big stores harms the environment.

So a person has the hope that this time Communism will not be thought totalitarian.

This also could help remove the risk of Neo -Colonialism which is evident in the assumption that humans will colonize the universe.

Perhaps if the idea of Green Communism is exchanged with other humans in the universe genocides like in the past will not happen again.
